The Wolf Run Part 1

In order to give myself some motivation for weight loss i have signed up for the “Winter Wolf Run”. On November the 7th 2015 i will run, swim, climb, fall, and stumble through 10km of mud / water and lets face it perhaps even ice.

Is the motivation working so far ? Well yes i would say it is, my distance record on a run is 5.08 miles at a pace of around 9 minutes 30 seconds, ok that’s not the fastest but Yousain Bolt I am not. It’s fast enough for me, as i get closer to the event i will probably be a bit faster but speed is not the goal really, it’s survival !
