Food Diary w/c 29th March 2023

Wednesday 29th. Treat Night is over.

Breakfast. This is 1.5 crushed weetabix. A whole pile of grapes, a banana (chopped), a Muller Light yoghurt and a low calorie jelly pot (to make this take like trifle).

Next is lunch.

A Warburtons pitta (from the raffle) stuffed with chicken, lettuce tomato and some (not much) cheese.

Next up is a trip to the Golden Arches for a coffee (large unusually for me!). I also had a banana, just to keep my fruit intake up.


Next is tea. I made it all myself, as you can see presentation is the key. It’s slimming world sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice a splodge of ketchup.

If I die in the night it’s OK because next up is supper, my ‘final meal’. What else but fruit and yoghurt + 1.5 crushed weetabix. There is a jelly hidden away in there too !

Finally just to make sure I don’t get to sleep. It’s a coffee with two three biscuits and an embarrassingly small chocolate bar.

And that’s it for Wednesday, apart from any spiders / moths that creep into my mouth while I am asleep.
