Well a Central Park cruise sounds a bit dodgy, but there is not really another way to describe it. I wanted to have a run when we stayed in NYC for a week and well, what better place to do it than in central park on a lovely sunny morning.
So i had a leisurely run 10km around the park, I went right to the top of the park up to 110th Street (like the Bobby Womack song!). It was the day before the NYC marathon so everything was being setup for that. My time was terrible, but it was more about taking in the scenery than getting a good time. I kept having to stop to take photo’s, it’s a pretty scenic place !!
