Here we go again after a devastating “none loss”. Minus half a pound, it really doesn’t even count. However we go again with this week’s challenge to…… “drink more fluids”.
Breakfast.

Like a fat Oliver Twist had an empty bowl, I just didn’t feel like any breakfast.
Next up I went to see Ronnie at his golden arches.

Then came real lunch. Pea and ham soup, made from both peas and ham. Not ham slices mind, actual proper chunks of ham. I actually had 1.5 bowls of this over lunch and early afternoon. It came with a jelly and a hifi bar.

Next up was tea. Slimming world sweet and sour chicken.

Then I drank a litre of diet vimto cordial. A whole litre.
After walking the dog for an hour I had fruit and yoghurt with one weetabix. Also a cup of coffee with 2 biscuits. I will no longer have the world’s smallest chocolate bar.
