So it’s the day before weigh in day, trying hard to stay on track but brain is saying eat crap eat crap…. especially when it is bored.
So lets see…
Breakfast. Yummy fruit and yoghurt with one weetabix.

Mid morning comes wake up juice.

Come lunchtime I was hungry, this means one of the scotch eggs, baked beans and a slice of ham. It looks quite grim I know, but even a sprig of parsley is not going to make it looks good…..plus its gone in about 30 seconds anyway.

Afternoon comes around and it’s more coffee.

Tea time finally comes around and it’s something new……air fryer lasagne, with green stuff on the side. The top layer looks quite strange, but it was actually nice.

Finally supper time comes around, and it’s fruit and yoghurt (1 weetabix) along with coffee, the worlds smallest chocolate bar and two biscuits.
