So it’s weigh in day…..the culmination of a week of ‘doing it properly’…..will the scales be good, will they be bad….who knows. I do feel a little lighter, but not massively.
So anyway….what happened…
Breakfast was as per usual. 1.5 weetabix, fruit and yoghurt. Along with a cup of coffee.


Then I went out for a long ride on my motorbike, actually to Skegness. I resisted the urge to have some chips on the seafront. Getting lost on the way back I didn’t get time for any lunch, or even a drink.
Group came and the result was -6lbs. Which is OK, but only OK since in reality I didn’t really eat much for the whole day so even without the angelic behaviour all week I would have expected to lost -2 ! Still a wins a win….
So next up comes ‘treat night’..oh dear……so basically it was two cheese topped cobs filled with two eggs, and four slices of bacon. A full tin of ‘special recipe’ baked beans (recipe is add Worcester sauce and tabasco!). Also on the side is a pork pie chaser and a smidge of ketchup.

Treat night doesn’t end quite there though….ignore the pork pie, have a look at the oversized twin.

Finally a cup of coffee and a biscuit. That’s it then…a full week.
