So it’s Friday, TFIF. Disaster of a day food wise really, but good in a slimming sense I think. So here we go.
Breakfast didn’t really happen. Other than a hifi bar and a cup of gogo juice.


By lunch things have improved somewhat. With two omelette wraps filled with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and mushrooms. I had a full tin of baked beans with them.

Afternoon snack was another coffee from the Golden Arches.

When teatime came along Alison was out shopping so I waited, shopping took forever so I ended up having two slices of ham. (really !).

And a pint of Pepsi Max.

Finally supper time comes around……my first shot of fruit and yoghurt of the day. It’s 1.5 weetabix, a banana, grapes, yoghurt and jelly. Praise God.

Finally to round off the day, its a coffee, two three biscuits and the worlds smallest chocolate bar.
