Breakdown !

Well the wheels had to fall off sooner or later. Last night while running up to slimming (3 miles) my right leg started to hurt. Brave soldier that i am i thought i would run it off, that worked for about a mile then i had to stop. My flipping right hip area was / is really hurting when i transfer weight to it. I don’t even know if you have muscles there but i guess you must ! I ended up walking the final half mile and the next morning it’s still hurting. I am feeling very sorry for myself !
