So, it’s the day after weigh in. -4lbs off, not too shabby. The question is can i do it again ? Lets see about that.
Treat night came and went. I had a yorkie (duo), a pork pie, two luxury fishfinger cheese cobs with mushy peas. Sorry about that.
So on to Wednesday when it all starts again.
Breakfast, the breakfast of champions of course, what else could it be ?

Pretty boring at work so had a cup of Ron’s before lunch.

Lunch, well it was slimming world quiche. It was probably the dryest thing i have ever eaten, usually it’s fine but today my lord it was a struggle.I think it was a little overcooked.

To get over the dryness i had a big glass of pop and a hifi bar. Since it’s quite warm today i need to get the fluid levels up.

Had to go to Morrisons before tea to get some fruit in, i managed to stay away from the Belgian buns…..or at least I didn’t buy or steal any.


Tea was slimming world sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice.

And an apple.

Then it was out with the dog for an hour (pippa, not the bounty hunter) with a Pepsi max. Back home in time for my final meal and yet another large glass of pop for the sake of it.


So that’s the first day back on it…..not expecting -4 this week, i don’t think my body really works like that……….i think no matter how hard i try I’m looking at a maintain or a -1. -4 would be lush though as it gets me into the next stone down.
