I’m still hard at it……….but I think I messed up today…..see tea.
Breakfast, well I was a bit late getting up today, then straight into a meeting so I didn’t actually get to have breakfast. So I started the day with the only breakfast I could, coffee.

Next came Golden Arches, no sprite today, I needed coffee.

Lunch came and I had effectively a chicken salad, this came with chicken drumsticks (skinless). I had four, I don’t know if that is a lot or not really.

Sticky snacks snoo in the afternoon was a coffee and a highfi bar.

I also swiped another chicken drumstick later on, while waiting for tea.

Team came, it was chicken curry (mayflower, 2 syns I believe). I think I messed up a bit though, I was super hungry so ended up with “quite a lot of rice”, I will blame a poor loss this week on this meal.

Later on I stole another chicken drumstick.
Then (10.30pm!) we had to take delivery of the new car, not really slimming world related but flipping half 10 it turned up so I have to complain somewhere, first world problems though !!!

Finally after walking the dog and consuming a Pepsi Max it was time for the first fruit and yoghurt of the day ! Finally !!!

Other than a cup of stay awake juice, one two biscuits and the worlds smallest chocolate bar that’s all for today.

On a more positive note though I should add that Jake had chips and sausage with curry sauce bought for him and I didn’t have a single chip (or sausage).
