Tricky, tricky, tricky. A very boring day what with all the rain, boring means thinking about being hungry. Its a trigger point…..
So breakfast was the usual weetabix, kvarg and fruit.
I was then out of the house to pick up my new readers from specsavers.
Lunch I had to make myself. I improvised. I had a 2 boiled egg sandwich (no butter, no mayo) just 2 boiled eggs and two slices of bread, with a boiled egg chaser. I also had a hifi bar.
That’s when I got hungry so I had a pint of juice and an apple.
Next came some chicken thing and home made egg boiled rice.
I had another coffee in the evening
Then finally the dogs had a day off from walking so got to my death row meal. You know what it is.
I also snuck in another pint of juice
That day was challenging I have to say. Just have to get through tomorrow and we are on the home straight……..
