Let day two commence. When your on a roll your on a roll, the rest of the week will be easy I know as i am quickly into the routine of photographing everything i eat. You can expect confusion and heartache should I not get to -4lbs this week (just preparing you).
What have i learned so far……….i don’t drink enough water, i still have that half bottle left over from yesterday and it’s now 23:06 ! Also you DONT eat the hairy bits of kiwi fruits.
Anyway, thats not why your hear…you want to know what i munched through today………
Breakfast was as yesterday, the silver medalist of breakfasts (apparently now rated as 4 syns because the bananas are cooked !). Note that today we have some blueberries.

After this i decided to take the day off work and get over to Chesterfield to sort something out with one of my brummmm bikes (Georgie, who is a Royal Enfield Classic 500 in Battle Green). I stopped at big Rons house of clowns for a coffee and a hifi bar.


When i got home around 5 it was time for late lunch. Chicken salad and some kind of potato things…

Lunch was quickly followed by dinner, this was a chilie with boiled rice. In all honesty probably too much, but that’s greed for you

Then it was an hours walk with the dog, before settling down for my death row meal.
Fruit and kvarg, a coffee, two digestives and a “the world’s smallest chocolate bar’.

Oh i almost forgot………i also had a bottle of pepsi max, not cherry sadly.

Apologies for my tramps desk, and no i can’t do the rubix cube, although i nearly can…..
