So it’s the day after treat night……..bloat city.

Mixing things up a little it’s a different breakfast….it’s a slice of bread, two eggs scrambled and smoked salmon. Now THATS different for me !!!

Lunch was a chicken salad.

It was a struggle during the day so I also had a banana and a glass of no sugar vimto

Dinner, was lovely chicken salad and Slimming World chips.

Still struggling I had a hifi bar and a Pepsi max while I walked the beast.

Then it’s back to normal ‘supper’, fruit and yoghurt with one weetabix, a coffee and two biscuits.

It’s a good job that day is over because I could have eaten, eaten and eaten.
