It’s Thursday……easy day……don’t feel like I’m making progress though
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt with one weetabix.

For lunch it was an egg omelete with spinach and chicken.

Mid afternoon snack was a class of diet vimto and a hifi bar.

Then a Ronald’s coffee

Tea was sausage and chips. Woop woop.

When nighttime came it was fruit yoghurt coffee and two biscuits. NO world’s smallest chocolate bar.
