So here we go again, starting the food diary back up to kick in the big losses !!!
Mercifully i have more or less stayed the same since i stopped doing this, perhaps even lost a little……but not enough….
So here we are with the breakfast of 2nd place contenders, not champions because it’s not really fruit and yoghurt. I made this myself, miracles can happen. Are you supposed to eat the hairy bits of kiwi fruit ? I have no idea really.
Those in the know will instantly recognise it as bananna pancakes, with fruit and kvarg, alongside a cup of coffee.

Lunch came around soon enough, egg wraps (chicken and spinach) and a hifi bar along with a regular coffee from Ronalds house of burgers.I also meant to drink that water but forgot about it.


Resisting the snicky snacky snoos all afternoon tea time came around and i had slimming world sweet and sour with boiled rice. It had extra pinapple in it too.

Then it was out to walk the dog for an hour followed by the best meal of the day…….Proper fruit and yoghurt (kvarg) with one weetabix (crushed), two digestive biscuits, a coffee, and finally the worlds smallest chocolate bar. Your not supposed to eat late at night i know, but that ship sailed years ago. I will also try and drink the water.

Thats it…..one day done, and honestly apart from my own spit and what i could find between my teeth nothing else passed my lips.
