A mixed day. I continue to fulfill my promise of mixing it up a bit and not eating the same things….there was a stabbing today, I also counted some grapes.
Breakfast. This is again NOT fruit and yoghurt in its most beautiful form. It is fruit, it is yoghurt but its on a plate, with bananna pankakes. There are 15 grapes and some pear.

For lunch I had egg wraps, filled with salad and ham.

Next I was out on my bike so took a hifi bar to eat with a Ronald’s coffee

Back home it was time for tea. Alison made a loverly fakeaway kebab and chips.

The it was a trip to Tesco for something to do. Followed by walking a dog for an hour. The it was time for a slightly different fruit and yoghurt. This time it was not yoghurt but Kvarg. I also counted my grapes, 35 in total, that’s not great is it ?! Then of course there was a coffee, two digestives and the world’s smallest chocolate bar.

Despite this week not ‘feeling’ good I have to admit I have stabbed my belt to make a new hole. Which I suppose is good thing. I still don’t feel like I have lost anything this week though.

I might change my normal breakfast to be bananna pankakes. It reduces my daily grape count by 20 so I suppose that’s good. They are flipping nice too.
