15/11/2023 Food Diary

So here we are again, very strange that “day 2” should be a Wednesday having been at a Tuesday group for years. I think i am slipping back into the routine of not eating garbage quite ok though. Doing the food diary helps as it keeps me honest, there is no point having a cinnamon bun because i don’t want to be showing that kind of crap in here !

So finally i woke up (i work at home) and made my usual breakfast, weetabix (crushed), blueberries, raspberries, bananna, grapes and Kvarg.

Lunchtime came around and it was a trip to Ronalds house of caffeine quickly followed by lunch. Lunch was pea and ham soup, a slice of bread, two boiled eggs and a hifi bar.

Tea time came around, mango lime chicken from the new airfryer book with egg rice.

Then it’s out for a walk with the dog for an hour, a Pepsi Max and the deathrow meal.
