The day before the day now, home strait. It went ‘ok’ today, i did go back for extra tea which was maybe a mistake. The way i’m feeling it should be a loss this week, hopefully -4 again, but the belt says either an M or a -1…..which will be pretty frustrating.
For breakfast i made some kind of mistake, i don’t actually have a photo of it ! I apologise profusely. I’m pretty sure you can guess what it was though.
So starting at lunchtime, it was a trip to Ronnies coffee house.
Followed quickly by a chicken salad and a hifi bar. The keen eyed amongst you will notice a few crab sticks and sadly a splodge of mayonaise.
In the afternoon i had a big drink and ANOTHER hifi bar. (see how it starts to fall apart with the 2nd hifi bar)
For tea is was another ron’s coffee and a ‘deconstructed lasagne’, the lasagne was actually very nice. Again see how standards have started to slip with a couple of spoons of sweet chilli sauce.
Then it was our with the dog for an hour, followed by my death row meal.
