11/10/2025 Food Diary

Tough day today, but lets see what happened.

Breakfast, can you guess ? Fruit, Natural Yoghurt, bananna, grapes, blueberries and one weetabix. There is a picture of the ‘old style / nonjuaro’ bowl, you dont really get the sense of scale but the old bowl is significantly bigger !

Next up was some lunch, before a drive up to Hull for a game of Ice Hocket starting at 17:30 (which is a really awkward time !). Do excuse the presentation ! It was two poached eggs and a slice of toast, with a smattering of BBQ sauce.

Planning ahead for when the hunger struck i took some pocket meat and two scotch eggs and a skinny bar. I also had a flask of coffee (Well we were at an ICE RINK for 3 hours !).

When we finally arrived home it was a quick glass of vimto and a 2.77 mile walk with the dog.

Back home it was supper time, i could not decide if i felt bloated or hungry so i have gambled on hungry. I don’t feel really like i have eaten much. So its a liter of diet vimto, 3! Ginger biscuits and a ham and cheese sandwich (made with one slice of bread folded over) ! Please excuse the presentation, and my messy / dirty desk !
