So the first thing to know about Muonjaro is that it’s a weekly injection, over the course of the week the effect slowly wears off. I usually take mine on Saturday morning so Friday is the day it’s at it’s weakest, and so therefore am I ! That said it was a decent day apart from one thing…….
Breakfast was the normal fruit and yoghurt with 1 weetabix, fat free natural yoghurt, a bananna, blueberries and grapes. Tomorrow I will show you the difference in the size of the bowls between Mounjaro and “Nonjuaro”. It’s a much smaller breakfast than I had previously.
No snacking for me these days but i did see this in the garage, so i bought it and drank it !
Then i went to get some new glasses from Specsavers making me look like a the love child coming out of the threesome between Ming The Merciless, Elton John and David Bellamy
I came home around 3pm with a bit of a hunger so it was time for lunch…………..BUT………there was a gift on the side from Alison. A massive slab of bakewell tart, which is basically Kryptonite for me, and since the Muonjaro was weak I ate it. So lunch was a piece of bakewell tart followed by a Slimming World ‘pot’ meal with a slice of bread.
Tea time rolled around which was a cup of coffee along with squashed potatoes (with hidden poisoned turnip, chicken and vegetables, and gravy and two yorkshire puddings)
By 9pm it was time to walk the dog for 2.77 miles with a bottle of Pepsi Max and Audible for company.
Back home it’s time for supper…….which is a litre of diet Vimto and two ginger biscuits.
Planning ahead for the weekend, i thought i would take the ‘Jaro on Friday night instead of Saturday morning so that it’s in full effect for a busy weekend.
Get the pen out of the box, screw the needle on the pen, wipe your chosen puncture place with a disinfecting wipe, turn the pen around to “1”. Stab body and press pen……hold for 5 seconds and your done.
